Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching is a collaborative approach that supports families navigating challenging behaviors at home. Through individualized sessions, parents learn proactive strategies to set their child up for success, as well as responsive tools for those difficult moments. Katie works with you to develop a practical support plan that fits your your family values. The goal is to help you understand why behaviors happen and how to guide your child with connection, consistency, and confidence.

Direct Child Support
Katie offers direct support for children who need extra support with academic skills, executive functioning, or emotional regulation.
Sessions are engaging, child-centered, and grounded in developmentally appropriate practices to help children learn and be successful across settings.

Special Education Support
The school years can be particularly challenging for both children and parents when the right support isn’t in place. Katie is here to help you navigate the Special Education process with confidence and clarity.
Whether you need assistance understanding the IEP paperwork, brainstorming goals and strategies for an upcoming meeting, or having a knowledgeable teammate by your side during meetings, Katie works with you as a partner to ensure your child receives the support they need to thrive.

School Consultation
Katie partners with schools to strengthen their capacity to support students with behavioral, social, or learning challenges. This may include professional development for teachers and staff, direct classroom observation, student-specific consultation, coaching educators through behavior plans, or collaborating with teams on preventive systems. Her approach combines evidence-based behavior strategies with a strong emphasis on relationships, classroom culture, and practical tools teachers can use immediately.
